Originally booked a cruise to the Middle East which was cancelled. I then booked to go to South Africa from Mauritius which included a safari in2026. The itinerary said fly to Mauritius over night however when the details came through it stated-fly to Dubai overnight and after waiting hours in Dubai transfer to another flight to Mauritius in the day. 18 hours in total with stop over. Very disappointing and customer services was very poor. They were happy to take deposit but refused to consider refund when we explained that we believe the holiday was not represented in an honest way and should have had Dubai flight on itinerary. I have used them before for normal med type cruises and no problem so was disappointed and feel we were conned plain and simple. Before you pay deposit check the details of flights as they do not care after you have paid .
