The communication was excellent and the package arrived promptly in perfect condition. Unfortunately the incorrect item had been dispatched, but this mistake was immediately rectified and the correct item arrived the next day. Furthermore I was instructed to keep the first item which was delightful and I am giving to a relative! Customer service was efficient, the person I spoke to on the phone was delightful(Debbie) and emails were immediately responded to. In conclusion I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.
