I was pleased with the service I received and the item arrived promptly and was well packed, although I see that Crusader Gifts charges a restocking fee for returns and it looks like it may not be as easy as it should be in the event that an item needs to be returned, which is why I rate them 'Good' instead of 'Very Good.'
