I ordered two cottages on Monday morning, 11th August. They both arrived extremely well packed early Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, one was damaged and I immediately contacted Crusader. The 'phone number was a 'normal' one, it was answered after one ring and I was able to speak to a person! The young lady arranged to send a replacement immediately which arrived early Friday morning - perfect this time. I returned the damaged cottage and my postage was immediately credited to my card.
