We ordered 7 identical enamel boxes as presents for guests at a dinner party expecting them to arrive in 2-3 working days as advertised. On the 5th working day when they hadn't arrived we telephoned Crusader who explained that they didn't have enough stock and were in touch with the supplier to try and get more. After further discussion and more searching by Crusader it emerged that they had 4 of the boxes we had ordered and 3 more boxes that matched but were round instead of rectangular. As this worked well for the composition of our party guests we accepted and the items arrived shortly after. An excellent service made possible by the fact that we were able to telephone Crusader and talk to a very helpful member of its staff.
