I was pleased with the service, but a bit confused when I received the ornament as I thought it would have been one unit and not two pieces so instead of being a group unit there are two separate pieces which looks strange and not a cosy unit, that I wanted of a mother, father, daughter and baby it may be better to make this one unit in the future.
