I recently purchased a meerkat figurine as a birthday present for a family member. Unfortunately when it was opened, the figurine was broken. I rang Crusader Gifts the next day and without hesitation was told that a new figurine would be sent that day and postage for returning the broken one would be refunded. The new figurine arrived the next day in perfect condition. What service!! I will certainly use Crusader Gifts again.
