Very prompt service. Well packed. Unfortunately one item was incorrect but I spoke to Suzanne and she sorted an exchange out. I did have to parcel up and go to Post Office and pay return postage but today I received message to say they were in receipt and would refund postage. So in all very good service and very pleasant to deal with
