We used the click and collect service, so we travelled to Nottingham to collect the item. Because they said they would only keep it for 48 hours we went and collected the same day as we had ordered it. We expected there to be a showroom because in the click and collect part of the website it says "come and collect from our showroom". So we were disappointed when they said they did not have one as we had hoped to buy some other items after browsing their many collections, so they missed out as we might have spent some more money.
