I bought a lovely Mum photo frame for my Mum's birthday. Very nice product and a lovely gift! Got delivered 2 days later which was great, but unfortunately the Royal Mail person did not knock on my door properly so I had to collect it from the sorting office which was a real pain! My only advice would be not to use Royal Mail as I have had these bad experiences from them before whilst I've been home waiting! Other than that, good service, products so I will buy from you again thank you.
