I orded 2 of the same bronze statue from Crusader gifts. Unfortunatly they only had one in stock. They immediatly emailed me to explain the situation. They asked me if I would like a refund for the one that they did not have or whether I would like to wait for the second one to come into stock and they would send me the one they had. They responded quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time, giving me dates when the stature was due in. Fantastic customer service. Highly rated.
