I discovered that if you do not trade with them after depositing funds, there is a fee on the withdrawal amount! Despite my request and a few back-and-forth emails, customer service did not take any action, even though my issue was valid. If k E Z O O K hadn't stepped in, I would have lost all of my money, including the account.
I would have been deeply in debt if it hadn't been for my rescue and full repayment.
