I assure you, this is a terrible business and once you put your money in, you can never get it out. I was stuck for and a lot of silly excuses kept coming from them all because they didn't want me to get my money out. I was tired and I tried to find a solution. I eventually came across Baktrail. I filed a formal complaint request with them and their team worked endlessly to ensure a full refund back to me within a week. It turned out to be the best decision I have ever taken as regards the recovery of my stolen funds.
