Never received a gift card nor did I get a refund. I’ve never felt so betrayed by a company before. I accidentally sent $30 in crypto for a $15 gift card on CryptoRefills. They admitted they got my money but then claimed they couldn’t “recover the funds” and refused to send me the gift card or refund the extra money. How does that even make sense? It feels like they’re just pocketing my cash and making excuses. I’ve reached out multiple times, but their customer service is a joke—no real help at all. I feel scammed and lied to. I trusted CryptoRefills, but now I see they don’t care about their customers at all. Avoid them unless you want to risk losing your money.
