It has been 30 days since my appointed account manager Nathan chose to close my account without my consent. At the point of receiving his notification that he was closing my account he stated that my account funds would be credited back to my personal account after 30 days. I have attempted to contact him and also the Cryptoshark support team on several occasions for an update and have received no replies. Cryptoshark presently hold my money and I have no indication as to if it is to be returned. This is a very trying and stressful period for me, it certainly does not reflect a VIP service and begs to determine that this is a scam.
