I was asked to put in a deposit of US250.00. Then an adviser called and started explaining about some charts that I could not understand. I told the advisor about it and requested for a refund. The advisor said she is not authorised to do so and hanged up.
Various people called after that; all trying to convince me to start trading. But no refund.
Its an overseas company. They have lots of Canadian telephone numbers and different people keep calling you or sending emails.
