The website allows you to purchase and deposit cryptocurrencies, but it prevents you from sending or receiving them; instead, it only displays an error notice and recommends contacting customer support.
The problem is that there are none; calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and live chat is nonfunctional.
They're holding my money ransom right now. Deal with this company no more at all.
