I booked a pick up from Heathrow airport. The driver calls me and I confirm I was waiting for my bags and when I call him back ten minutes later he said he needed 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 40 minutes because he went to the mosque. I called the company and ended up being shouted at by the “boss” because I was unhappy about the fact that his driver left me waiting after being up for more than 24 hours flying. If you want a professional service with respect then I advise you to avoid like the plague. Atrocious really.
