The crystals came in right on time. I only ordered a bracelet but I got several updates on my shipping and shipping status. It was packed so nicely and neatly and came with the card explaining what it is/does. Bought this for my mother who doesn't know much about crystals, but she loves it and has been wearing it a lot. Says it brings her peace :). Very happy with the whole experience, will be shopping here again!
