Dear Crystals.com I am completely unhappy with your product. Within 4 days, the black onyx bracelet broke while I was having lunch with a friend. The beads just fell apart for no rhyme or reason. To add insult to injury the beads went right into my food. I have had plenty of these bracelets in the past and while I do not expect them to last forever, I would expect them to be able not entirely to fall apart in the first week. I expect a refund or a new product shipped to me. But if I'm being honest I am now dubious of your quality and may not want a new product.
