When my initial green onyx bowl arrived in the mail, I opened the box, and the green onyx bowl was in several pieces. Thankfully, the other two bowls (selenite) were intact and beautiful. Per the policy, I immediately sent a message with pictures, sales receipt, and box information to the company. I have been a huge fan of their crystals and have bought several over the past few months. I was heartbroken about the onyx bowl and was looking forward to having it in our home. The Crystal's team reached out and sent a replacement "green onyx" bowl. When I received the replacement bowl, it did not resemble the initial bowl, lacking the green/red characteristics or look from the website. It is difficult to know if the bowl is actually onyx. However, the bowl is unique and will have a good home.
