I ordered my crystal on Feb 4 in order to receive it for Valentines Day as a gift. It took four weeks for it to be delivered! And that’s only because I emailed Customer Service twice. The Crystal it self was very nice, didn’t really look like what I ordered from the picture. The recipient was happy to get it as well. Just not happy with the delivery process at all.
