I purchased a cetk Battery charger which came with a 5 year warranty. Less than two years down the line it fails. In order to get any sort of response out of them or their dealers they are demanding proof of purchase - I am not one of life's hoarders of bits of paper etc. I can't even get their mailing address. The dealers in Exeter (BBL Batteries) didn't want to know and were very rude - I won't be going there ever again either.
