My second order from Cubbies as the first (personalised monkey) was so much appreciated by grandson and parents. This order, personalised penguin, arrived two weeks after granddaughter's birth and parents say it is lovely. Too early to know what granddaughter thinks. Very easy to order and helpful, personal service.
