your response to my purchase was quite prompt - no complaints there. The cufflinks were exactly as described. My only issue was with Australia Post who kept misdirecting the package everywhere around SEQld rather than to my address. And the appropriate Mail Centre is just 15 minutes up the road. It was only after I started jumping up and down that it was delivered to me the very next day. Perhaps you can consider using some other more reliable courier service rather than Australia Post
