I ordered the Sydney watch winder for a Christmas gift, unfortunately the power cord did not work when we opened it on Christmas day and plugged it in. I called the office on the next business day to advise the issue and was told a new watch winder and power plug would be sent out that day. I received email confirmation it had been and received the new package two days later. The lady I spoke with was polite and straight on to it... Considering how much my son loved the gift and the super prompt service I received, I have no doubt I will be purchasing another winder to meet the needs of my son's ever growing collection.
