Original order and delivery was great, with exceeding expectations in terms of communication. The product was of excellent quality and exceptional finish. Had a little glitch after quite a few months, but they arranged for the product to be mailed back at no cost and now it's back and taking pride of place in the home office with watches all being wound regularly. A shout out to Kim for her exceptional customer support and service.
