I'm surprised to see a couple of reviews saying that their service wasn't good as I had a great experience. Kelly was friendly, professional, communicative and extremely helpful - going the extra mile to expedite my order in time for my partner's birthday. It states their lead time on their website, 2-3 weeks which is totally reasonable given that they are bespoke and of excellent quality. I actually failed to read the lead time myself, but they helped me out of a jam by pushing the order through. Either way the earrings would have been worth waiting for - they're beautiful.
