Stay away!! I bout a signet ring for my fiancés birthday, waited over a month for a reply until I got the go ahead to order and hopefully be delivered in time for her birthday, then communication broke down again when I ordered and was 3 weeks too late. THEN my fiancé liked the ring so wanted to order her wedding ring from there. She got one email back about the turn around, then absolutely nothing and now all her emails are bouncing back. Very unprofessional and disappointing from a brand that we were prepared to buy quite a few items from.
