The packaging and speed of delivery is great. The product however, the black linen towels, are substandard. I have washed these towels maybe 15 times and I still get insane amounts of pilling on my body and bathroom when I use these. They aren't soft, rather rough on the skin and the pilling makes my house and body look like I live in dirt due to the black colouring absolutely everywhere. I can't recommend these less. For the price I expect much more.
