After doing a LOT of research, I ordered a set of linen sheets based on so many good reviews. If you like replacing your sheets every year, these will fill the bill.
Plus: We did like the fact that we could use them year round (Colorado).
Minus: The fitted sheet began to tear in less than a year. It was also oddly fitted--way too much material on the "fitted" sheet. While they recommend buying an additional fitted sheet to extend the wear, at this price, it just wasn't an option. Returned, and looking for another option.
