The worst shopping experience ever. Received a defective item despite explicitly requesting to check it prior to dispatch. Cultizm flat out refused to take any responsibility, even after the manufacturer confirmed that these are not manufacturing defects. After several attempts to find a resolution, Cultizm simply cut off communication. Stay away from this store.
