Ordered next day paid £5,99 order did not show up The driver only attempted to deliver once and used the back entrance! I emailed them as well as curvissis to give instructions to be ignored ! Contacted curvissia every day as-well as the courier nobody was chasing my order . 8 days later still no item Just spoke to customer service who says he will not refund ! Unacceptable Will never use this company again be very careful . Will have to go through my credit card to get the payment back. Customer service via chat & telephone was no help what so ever . They don’t seem to care !
