orst customer services and experience ever. 2 weeks without having any notifications from my order; I logged in, only to find out I’m supposed to contact them. I called them to check where my order is and they said they have no idea; it’s out with the couriers but they don’t know anything about it - but they must know there is something wrong as they display this message on their site. I request a refund but they can’t do that because the items are on transit. So they raised a complaint and said they’ll notify me where my order is by email. To the date no news from my order; just an email from customer devices saying that they believe my case was solved??? I contacted them to say that it wasn’t solved at all and still no answer, no goods and no refund!!
