My favorite writer is great—helpful, friendly, and overall really good at what they do. However, I feel like the customer service could use some improvement. Some agents have a not-so-great attitude. Additionally, the bundle prices are way too high—almost double what it would cost to order individual services. If the prices were lower, I'd definitely come back
