Cutting edge knives never disappoint. James and Ally consistently give excellent customer service and go above and beyond for their customers. A vast and constantly changing selection of knives makes cutting edge one of the best in Europe. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and I feel lucky to have access to such a great knife shop in the UK.
