Useless company.
They don't have customer care support staff.
Been trying for 8 days, I am on indefinite hold at customer care.
Emails customer support is so bad that it take 2 days for them to send some vague reply back to you.
Twitter official handle appears to be a bot - as there is no formal redressal of grievances.
I have paid in advance and yet I have no service
