I was with another hosting company before (blue****!) and I've got to say D9 is soo much better. Website speed. everything laid out easily for you to find. I had to contact support because I was wanting to do something complex (for me) and they were super helpful. They didn't try to upsell me to something that I didn't need either which was refreshing.
Price is great too!
