The D9 team is amazing!!!
For over a decade I was with a US company and their support was tragic. You always knew you were 1 of many tickets being dealt with by the same operator at the same time.
I took the advice of a friend in the UK who told me to move to D9. I paid 3 years upfront & haven't regretted it. I'll be honest, i'm quite heavy on Support requests and at the most unusual of times of the day & night.
Without fail, D9 has been able to resolve any issues. I had an issue just now that seriously affected our new charity website. The coder/developer wasn't able to assist. D9 tech support resolved it in seconds....& it wasn't even an issue to do with them.
Other than support, i can say i have never noticed any site downtimes so all is great.
