I've been with D9 Hosting since 2011. Their customer service is 5star! Not had any problems with them. Their prices are very good and if I need any help there's always someone available.
I bought a new domain 2-3 weeks ago and forgot to tick the hide ID box. Bless 'em, an automatic email came out to remind me.
Can't fault them.
