I have been with Daily Box club for over 3 months and I haven't received any merchandise, yet they continue to draft my account each month. No checks and balances in their process. No follow-up or follow-through. I can't get the draft to stop nor can I get the merchandise mailed out. No answer from the online chat bot or any human.
