While still having technical issues I was assured my card would not be charged and yet it has been? So disappointed in the company. While most of the customers service representatives have been fantastic, you all dropped the ball with a few ones that clearly don’t care!! Haven’t been receiving any items in spite being queued up in cart and even indicating items would be sent with nothing happening or even getting notice that items are delayed. While a few item do get sent and Received!!
