Customer service is really good but the service is overrated. The boxes don’t arrive almost weeklyas advertised or even bimonthly. The boxes that are sent are completely useless. The projected items are 25% accurate and when accounts are to be cancelled-the site entices you by putting a high dollar item as a projected item. Essentially this is a high level scam with minimal effort
