I'm going to stay neutral on this. In the past 4 months, I wasn't getting packages. Which was frustrating. Last the staff did take care of the issues. Last month was the first time I felt this program was worth it. The packages have come up in value. So I'm giving another try. As it stands right now I'm pleased with the changes that have been put in place. I'll update next month😊
