While the customer service individuals are really great, I am not sure the algorithms work as stated. It took over 4 months to get the minimum 10 boxes. (Was promised 10-20 boxes PER month!) Since then, only three other boxes have come. All the "expensive" orders have been canceled by Amazon or the seller. A few boxes have conveniently become "lost in the mail". It's been six months now and I've not even received the 20 boxes for the one month......
