I was told that you would receive 10 boxes at LEAST every month if not more. I had only received 3 so I reached out for help with tech. They extended my time 2 weeks so it wouldn’t renew yet, but in that time frame I only received one more order. I got another email saying that I had something on the way from daily box club (just ordered today) and when I checked my account nothing was showing. I come to my daily box club account to see they “ordered” two things that don’t exist in my Amazon account. So for the $64 membership I got 4 items that don’t even add up to the membership cost. I was so disappointed because my first month experience with them was pretty great, although there was a similar experience with the amount of packages sent out in the beginning. I don’t know what glitch or error was going on or if there could have been more done but I am not happy with this experience.
