The program gurantees a minimum of 10 boxes a month. My first month was great. Over the next month I have only received 4 boxes. The current month I have received 3 boxe. I have yet to receive any type of refund or extension of subscription. Follow-up from customer service has been fair. I am still waiting for response to my last communication.
