I do love this idea of getting suprise gifts. But I have had issues with actually receiving them. Most items go into my cart and say they are arriving on a day and then they dissappear and don't ship to me, but it shows on my daily box account that I did receive that item. This makes it look like I'm receiving thousands of dollar worth of stuff when in reality I'm not.
