I received flowers from my daughter who ordered through you, and was most disappointed as they were tired and wilting. They arrive sometime after 12md 01/04/2021
I have used your services many times and received many magnificent bouquets which last for days
But the present bunch are looking less than magnificent
Very disappointing for the sender and receiver
I am unable to produce a picture as it beyond my computer abilities
