Firstly, the flowers arrived on time. I have a monthly subscription to deliver on the 6th and 6th August was my wife's birthday. So thank you.
The quality of the flowers and the freshness of them does not deserve more than a 3 I am afraid. I live in Singapore any my wife and family live in Melbourne hence the monthly delivery and this is the first month I am in Australia and seen then. I have had photos sent previously and the other flowers were fantastic so as an average you are higher but the survey is asking me on these.
